For starters, her kind and loving energy is so comforting. Being an RN, she is so knowledgeable and professional, so I felt really comfortable with the guidance I received. I had been trying to get out of pre-diabetes range for the last few years and had tried everything short of medication and nothing moved the needle on my fasting bg’s. One week into a 90 day detox and my numbers fell back into normal range. I’m 4 months out and they have stayed there, even after resuming my normal diet. What a relief! Bethany’s holistic approach to wellness can help with such a wide variety is issues. I feel fully supported before, during and after the whole process. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and very calming.
